Central T:

This cross is used to connect the two lower spreaders, it has the shape of two "T"s. The "Central T" is ideal to use in trick kites, because the lower spreaders are connected with a ferrule. That's how we can prevent the lower spreaders to shift and slide sideways.

APA-Connector:

These could be called "leading edge connectors" because they connect the upper spreader en lower spreaders with the leading edges. APA is brand name. I don't know of a trick kite that doesn't use APA, so that's why we can safely recommend this brand.

Stand- off junctions:

Are used to connect the lower spreaders with the stand-offs. On the leading edges we use stand-off junctions as yoyo stoppers. The hole for the stand-off is bigger, so we can use an end cap.

Jaco-connector:

Is the ideal sail connector to connect the stand-off to the sail. The sail is tightened against the connector by means of a rubber ring.

Sail connector:

Is an alternative in case you can't find jaco-connectors. To have a good connection with the sail it is advised to use these with a drop of Superglue.

C- clips:

Used to be placed with Superglue against the APA-connectors to prevent them from sliding off their spot.

FSD end cap:

Is used at the bottom end of the leading edge (tip) or the bottom of the spine (tail). In the end cap is an opening where you can tension the leading edge (see picture left). The leech line can be tensioned as well with this end cap on the spine.

EXEL split nock:

Is an alternative if you can't find an FSD endcap.

End caps:

These are rubber caps we use at the ends of leading edges, spine and stand-offs to prevent damage to sail and Dacron.
